I got a brilliant service at EB in Castlefield 6 years ago. I have wide feet and even wider calves and needed to find a boot that didn't crush them as rental boots had done. I would definitely go back if I could guarantee the same guy would still be there. As I can't, I am thinking of heading to a specialist if I replace them in the next year or so. How necessary is it to change your boots as your skiing level progresses?
I don't think you're guaranteed a bad service with the bigger names. It's just that you're in no way guaranteed a good one either. If you have any worries about fitting it seems worth it to go to a trusted specialist. Peace of mind on the slopes is worth it for me. As has been said further up you don't wanna shell out on an expensive holiday to have it ruined by unsuitable boots. Now, can someone recommend a good boot specialist in the North West? Pies & beer not essential but definitely a bonus :) |

I hope it does continue to rise. Then I realise that's probably a tad selfish but it's the way I rolll on that one.

Thanks for that Bandit :D
I have some vouchers for there and need a new jacket for next year. Hopefully I can find a bargain.... |

We had our flight home from Munich cancelled last week. Luckily we managed to get on the flight 24 hours later. We should be entitled to 250 Euros each compensation though.
If anyone can give any advice on how it's best to get a response from Easyjet, email address, mail address, phone number I'd be extremely grateful. |

Thanks for the advice Ian.
The person in charge of booking has taken us to Sauze this time. Maybe next year for Livigno. It's a resort I definitely want to visit soon. |

It's Sod's Law. I arrive home from Munich. Pound strengthens. Let's hope it's better for my trip to Sauze (woots it's booked) in January.
