Yeah the whole area is a bit of a joke for the potential it has-Bormio and Santa caterina could be easily linked plus oga would be a big area. If livigno could come over more from motilino that'd be amazing! Would make trepalle more attractive for a place to actually stay.
Mind you the families that run each area will need to sort out their differences too! I love the area-would happily go back every year! Cheap, high and the banter at carosello is outrageous! |

As most have said-brilliant question and Im afraid my answers may be quite similar!
I love: The clear cold feeling in the morning when the skies are clear the squeak of your boots on the snow! The cold air that makes your eyes water! The feeling of linking a few turns in fresh powder following a piste basher in its new pisted tracks Sorry if these have been repeated-only just read it but great thread! |

Its snowing in pitlochery at the minute-got a friend who lives there, its only 1degree here in east kilbride and just watching the blog from cairngorm on youtube-they are hopeful to maybe open next weekend if it stays cold enough!
Immediately made me go and look at my skis! |

If you can afford it get you own and as everyone has said get them fitted. When i was at uni i tried to be cheap and its not worth it.
If you can't afford it get a pair in the sales in the sunnier but still get hem properly fitted! |
