thanks for that Niiixsy will have at look at that. cant believe i will have used all up. think i thought i would have retired by new year but when it came to it, 2nd thoughts. where are you going this year.

will have used up all my annual leave by December usually leave one week in march for skiing. problem is having to wait until april have no idea which resort will be suitable, would go into decline if arrived somewhere and not enough snow to ski. help please. :(

AlleyG, i think i finally tracked the soap flakes from the Co-op. there is a warning on the box saying 'do not use softener for washing waterproofs or breathable fabric since artificially softened water may adversely affect the fabric'. if anyone is using soap flakes be careful of how much you use (sparingly) otherwise soap suds all over the floor. hope this helps.

only been back from our ski trip for a month and having to feed our fix with a weekly trip to chill factor. good luck to all of you who are still out there, you lucky things.

Hi, we tracked down pure soap flakes to wash our ski clothes, it used to be called Lux but this make is no longer manufactured. Was told never to use a softener in the wash and like another poster when they are dry just pop them in the drier for a few minutes. still nicely waterproof after 3 seasons.

Dave, have just showed husband your vid. and he is very impressed. we have just returned from Niederau and he also managed a run down red 19, quite pleased with himslf at probably twice the time it took you. Great video, what speed do you think you travelled at.
