Beer between 5 and 9 euros a half litre.
Lunch, about 9 euros for soup up to about 16 for something a bit more substantial.
Basicly a bit scarey!
Merry Christmas to you all

Have a great one all.
It's scarey out there at the moment. Lunch 9-15 euros, beer 5-8 euros.

Go on, name the airline who deserve the plaudits.

Titan, though only the air crew deserve the plaudits. Information during the delay was in very short supply!
Terminal 3 Lyon Saint Exupery

Cattle Class, when they call it a terminal they're stretching it a bit!
I was due to take off from Chambery at 9am yesterday. However fog prevented all but one aircraft landing so we were stuck. It was expected to clear at lunchtime, but that 'window' lasted less than 20 mins and it closed in again.
We ended up being bused to Grenoble and eventually flew out at 11.15pm, a delay of over 14 hours. Got home to Norwich at 4.14 this morning.

The real star of the day however was our pilot. Who came to the gate to claim his passengers! The aircraft had been ready to go for 3 hours but they wouldn't open a gate to get us aboard. The pilot had basically had enough and came to get us, I've never seen anything like it. I guess without his personal intervention we've have been there another couple of hours at least.
He came to the gate and just announced that passengers for our flight would be boarding from there. Then didn't take no for an answer.
As he walked through the cabin he got a rousing round of applause!
snow in tignes

Perfect snow, pity we couldn't see it! I've never seen so much in December, well over a metre at resort level.
Didn't ski 2 days due to most of the lifts being closed due to avalanche risk.
Was lucky as got into resort early enough on the Saturday to get out in the sun.
Seriously cold much of the time, but it is only December, you have to face it you're taking a chance going so early.
We headed down to Les Breviere or to Val where the vis was a bit better.
The Sella Ronda is perfect for what you are looking for based on what you have written. Selva will give you the most skiing without doing the circuit.
