Why thank you!!
Man, I went weeks without posting about snow related shenanigans, and now I have caved into my addiction I am gonna be obsessed until I can get out there and fall on my head some!! A real cold early winter would be fantastic! |

Who says Orange and Yellow do not match? I am gonna have to re-think my living room
Good luck with it Edy, here is a couple of tips from me. Take a good sturdy screwdriver out with you on your first few days, experiment a little with the binding set up. Get comfortable on either foot forward if you can, as soon as you can, the benefit of this will become very clear later on. Careful not to get ice in the screw-holes when tightening as you may damage the bottom of the board. Also dont be afraid of some pain in the legs and change setup to get rid of it, you may find that you ride better in this position and its just your body is not used to it. Gluhwein in the mornings, beer in the afternoon. Good luck! |

I'm alive!! Thanks for the thoughts )
I have been extremely busy at work. Also I have spent some time in the US and UK. Booking my vacation to Whistler for December, this weekend, and keeping an eye on the glaciers in the Alps, I wanna be riding by mid October. Life is very interesting at the moment, done a lot of work on the appartment and been trying to put the snow out my mind, to be honest I was getting a little bit obsessed in the summer, my friends thought I was nuts!! |

I'm going there on the 12th December!! Can not wait :D I hope to be snowboarding periodically from the mid of October through to May this year!

My legs tend not to sweat to be honest, I don't think they ever have. This is either very good news or quite disturbing. Most of snowboarding is in the upper body anyway. Never get achy legs, but wake up the next day with tight muscles across my back and shoulders. |
