Tired of carrying my gear

The beauty of a board. Expecially if you have a elasictated and padded safety strap, which when clipped to both bindings forms an excellent over the shoulder strap. I am assured by those in the know that this is in fact the new black.

Thanks all for the advice and wishes, feeling a little better but still off my game. The symptoms you describe Rose sound about bang on, I have been coughing and have an irritated chest. The pain in my neck seems to get worse with exersion also, but has eased tonight.

The nosebleed I think was due to the excitment and over-zelousness of being back on the mountain, it was a jump in elevation and a 30°C drop in temp too, need to work on my fitness me thinks....where's that yoga instructor?

Re-reading my original post, I apparently have to call 999 3 times and ask for 2 ambulances, now that seems a little OTT. No wonder the health service is in such a mess.

Done that already, no rash!!! Phew.

I have also just taken my BP and I think that might be the cause. Too much burning the candle at both ends, would also explain the nosebleed I had when I was last snowboarding...which was actually quite amusing as it started as I hit max speed for a long flat section, so my choice stop sort it out and walk 800m in relatively fresh snow, or bleed all over my white jacket.

Poor jacket.

Think I will see the doctor later.

Man that is one scary website.

I have had a headache since Saturday afternoon, I presume a migraine which I have had seven or eight of in my life. I have pain in my neck and just feel very sensitive to stimuli.

So following the NHS self help guide, I am now required to phone myself an ambulance

Please select an answer

Do you have a non-stop headache that came on very suddenly, is getting worse and is stopping you from doing anything? NoYes

Are you developing a new rash with any of the following:

tiny red or brownish pin prick marks that do not fade when you press a glass tumbler or finger against them, or pin prick marks that are changing into purple blotches or blisters? It can be difficult to see this type of rash on dark skin. Check the palms of the hands, soles of the feet and the roof of the mouth. No Yes

Do you have any of the following:

severe pain in your eyes when they are exposed to the light, a stiff neck that is painful when you bend your head forwards, or feeling mentally confused and sleepy? NoYes

Result:

Call 999 Seek emergency help immediately - ring 999 and ask for an ambulance Dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.

Please review your answers before calling.

To be honest if my yoga instructer were to look like the picture RossF posted, then I certainly wouldn't be clearing up any stiffness problems.
So who is off next
