Thanks Dave,
I think I have decided against Niederau for this trip. It seems not to be tremendous for snowboarders. I would do it for a long weekend, but for a week I think I would like somewhere geared more for the boarder. tino |

I think so. One of the things that always surprises me is the stiffness and aches i get across my shoulders after a hard day. I would never have thought there was so much upper body work involved in sliding down a hill on your feet.

I think if I could do that my snowboarding would be a lot better.

Well I am used to that, living in Germany....lol
I agree they both have thier plus points. I have been to La PLagne, Val d'Isere and Tignes and enjoyed the boarding, but as a holiday where the sport is tempered with eveing activities, picturesque villages and beer, I must say I prefer Austria. |

Oakley Half Jackets with polarized lenses. They are designed to come apart, the lenses and arms all detach, so they are virtually indestructable.

France is typically about 50% more expensive than Austria for food and drink.
