Northern and proud of it! obviously other people have so much cash that they don't notice when their trousers are being lowered....!!!!
Sounds very sensible to me ....given that the French seem to think that if not enough people buy they will put up the prices to keep the profits up!
€6.5 for a cup of coffee slope-side in 1850 in March...but it was interesting watching the paparazzi waiting to pounce...and there were some VERY expensive outfits (and girls) that were worth watching

Well I don't think i would roll over and accept it not without making a fair bit of a stink, I can't believe you would just give up without a bit of a punch up

Its more difficult than you think...try finding a telephone no for any of the airlines (except the majors) and they give you a disclaimer before they even start trying to cover their backsides and they tell you even before you get on the plane that they accept no responsibility for anything ...except you have to pay for everything ,,,including the loo(suggested by Ryanrobbers)

so the moral is ...make sure you are properly insured

whatever you buy make sure you mark it VERY clearly and distinctively in letters 1 foot (ok I exaggerate) high so no one can mistake it in an airport scrum.......i know from experience

well the credit crunch has crunched and I am looking at value skiing at the moment...2 weeks instead of 2x1 ...looking at Limone in Jan as I think they will be offering inclusive lift passes and offers on single rooms as well as reasonable transfers...90km piste and not far from Prato if I want a change....I will save for something more serious for the spring......
