I use the bosu all the time ...great for core strength ...try holding a weight (10-20kg)in front of you and swinging it from side to side arms outstretched pushing the balance from foot to foot..but be careful with one leg squats till you get fitter ..they can put a strain on the ligaments round the knee...keep on changing the exercises as the muscles can get used to them and not develop

I thought Norfolk was pretty flat..try it round here ..sorts the men from the boys!!!!!!!!

The little "supermarkets" in samoens in January new how to charge as well..e.g €1.40 for a pot of cheap jam ..I noticed no natives in them just the foreigners who didn't have cars to get to the local hypermarket.

Good news ...for the restaurateurs..the French are never averse from making a bit of extra profit ...I am still wincing from the €10 for a coffee and a soup along with the €3.20 packet of Walkers in Flaine this year ...Mind you it was €6 for a coffee in Courcheval ..

La Thuile and Courmayuer both fit the bill and you can ski both on one lift pass
I was there in January and thought the lift system was a bit antiquated..lots of old 2 seat chairs, and drag lifts, which seem to have disappeared in a lot of other resorts..even the locals were complaining at the lack of investment
