Sorry, rant over!

Spot on! There's only one Val D'Isere!

thank god! Hey may have just been referring to other over priced, over hyped, over crowded, over full of rich ***** resorts like val d'isere

at least he didn't call it val D....

Must be two after all, the Val D'Isere I keep going back to isn't any of those things!

Rubbish!

You obviously haven't experienced the power of a properly coordinated snow dance!

Please can you send a PM to us all with:-

1. Date
2. Direction to face
3. Time
4. Instructions - preferably filmed demo of you and posted on YouTube
5. Any chanting

We will all do in unison
(jeez, I am having visions now!!)

OK best we get organised.

1. Sunday 27 Nov.
2. South East ish ie facing the Alps. (Very important, a meter of snow in the Atlantic is no use to anyone!)
3. 2pm
4. Take a firm stance, feet shoulder width apart. Feet should remain in contact with the earth throughout the dance. The upper body movement is where the magic happens. The dance itself is somewhere between the All Blacks Haka and the Macarena. As long as you do it like you mean it, it's fine.
5. Chant if feel the need.

The main thing is geographical coverage. Isolated snow dances are of little use. We need to have people dancing over as large a part of the UK as possible to channel the energy.

Who is up for it?

Why do you love to ski?

All of the above, plus the people I share the experience with. I've made so many great friends over the years on our holidays.

We took about 50 people to the slopes last year, only a tiny numbers of them don't wear a helmet. No more than about 5 of them.
