They are only saying that because they know we're snow dancing Sunday.

If you don't take part the forecasts will be back to warm and sunny on Monday morning.

I believe it 100%... and have to as the4 couples we've invited will be gutted otherwise...!

Good news spreads so fast!

They've seen that we're going to perform a snow dance and have amended the forecast to show the inevitable snow it will bring.

We better see this through!
That's the sort of thing... However the changes of direction is all wrong for anyone dancing in the UK. Fine where he is, in resort, as you want the snow 360 degrees. But we need to be focused on the Alps.

That's what went wrong a couple of years ago, badly aimed snow dances in Jan 10 brought the UK to a grinding halt and the airports all closed. We were some of the lucky ones and made it to Alpe D'Huez OK. Other forum members weren't so lucky.

So please be careful where you aim your snow dance.

See you there! Where are you staying?

I was there for that too! There is such a thing as too much snow!

You make pigs smoke. You feed beef burgers to swans. You have big sheds, but nobody's allowed in. And in these sheds you have 20ft high chickens, and these chickens are scared because the don't know why they're so big, and they're going,
"Oh why am I so massive?"
and they're looking down at all the little chickens and they think they're in an aeroplane because all the other chickens are so small.
Do you deny that?

The lack of snow is really getting to you isn't it?

OK best we get organised, otherwise the snow will never arrive.

We need a Snow Dance to get the crystals forming. Positivity is the key, far too many negative comments on here about the lack of snow! I blame the webcams, too many people watching.

1. Date - Sunday 27 Nov.

2. Time - 2pm

3. Direction to face - South East ish ie facing the Alps. (Very important, a meter of snow in the Atlantic is no use to anyone!)

4. The Snow Dance - Take a firm stance, feet shoulder width apart. Feet should remain in contact with the earth throughout the dance. The upper body movement is where the magic happens. The dance itself is somewhere between the All Blacks Haka and the Macarena. As long as you do it like you mean it, it's fine.

5. Chant if feel the need.

The main thing is geographical coverage. Isolated snow dances are of little use. We need to have people dancing over as large a part of the UK as possible to channel the energy.

Who is up for it?

Forum name and location please.
