Any quick tips for the legs????

I agree with ise on the pre/post stretching theory. However, don't just go up the lift and start intense skiing. Same as you would if you went running, start with 20mins or so of gentle exercise before increasing the work load. Post ski, follow ise method and do some quality stretching or go for a short walk in normal shoes not your ski boots.

You can buy anti fog drops / spray. Usually used for dive masks & swim goggles but I'm sure it would be suitable.

Apologies for Fred Drifting.

I always have a private lesson or two just to get back into the swing and add some more skills. With only skiing once a year I find them invaluable. I can then spend the rest of my holiday practising.

I'd love to join you Wickers but:

I'm not going on ski hols until March
I'm not going to LgB when I do! :-)

What I would like is a low down on your trip. Thinking of heading that way next season and doing the chalet thing.

Enjoy.

The £1.50 only applies to purchases on the card. If you withdraw cash from an ATM you'll be charged the £1.50 plus a percentage of the cash withdrawn. Some banks charge 3%!!
Have a look at Martin Lewis' website http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/cheap-travel-money for the best advice.
