Mountains in summer is def on my to do list. We've just got back from a week of sailing in Brittany. Very lucky to have use of in laws yacht. Now that's out of the way I can get round to planning the next ski trip.

There's no such thing as a busy or noisy Cornwall. We locals know where to go to avoid the emmets.
The worst days for me are when it rains and everyone leaves the beach and comes into the city to go shopping and gets in the way of me and my white van! :twisted:

Ally, I'm not sure walking around in your boots is a good idea. I was told to wear the boots indoors in a standing / ski position to help bed them in for 15/20 mins at a time. Walking around will create compression areas in the wrong part of the insole especially at the heel. I wait to be corrected by those with far more knowledge.

Glad the fitting was a success. Best thing I did was buy my own boots. I'm thinking about a pair of skis for next year.

Bloody Hell!! £50 for a boot bag. I'd want it to make tea aswell for that price!

Glad the fitting was a success. Best thing I did was buy my own boots. I'm thinking about a pair of skis for next year.
