BA cabin crew start on £11k pa. I dont call that good salary.
Looks like you have fallen for exactly what the media want you to fall for..... nasty BA people going on strike when they earn big salaries, the greedy so and so.....DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE

Average starting salary for a cabin crew member is £14,000 + allowances + Perks. BA starting salary is £16,000 + allowances + perks.

I think the £11,000 is the salary when training.

I'm going to have to have a word with her about what husbands are for!

Her hands and arms being smaller get around to tyres a lot easier

Mrs W sounds a bit like me...If you want a job done properly, do it yourself!

Considering BA is already struggling financially I wonder if the added damage caused by a strike over the xmas period might result in more redundancies or even worse, no jobs to go back to at all if BA sink completely.
How cold do you like it?

Probably at the same time you were having problems with your bottom, my brother got frostbite on the end of his nose!

Snowby, are you sure your mum is not a registered user?

My mum is only just getting used to putting her own petrol in the car, cash machines are a no no and the mobile phone I bought her last year has not been switched on yet. Registered on j2ski...I think not!

Snowbandit,
That's a bit of luck, or your cover would be totally blown! :D

I dread to think what my Mum would say if she read any of my posts :(

She'd think you've been on the mushrooms again!
