Me an the wife have been to not 1 but 2 TX Maxx shops today (Newport & Cardiff incase you was curious) and have come back with about 5 pairs of sallopets(spelling?) for her, 2 pair for me and the ultra bright neon green Trespass ski jacket for me! Most of which (her stuff!) is now going back cos she's just found an all in one suit on ebay tonight!

The wife will be fair game for these guys then  ......

 Haha, Trencher. She'll be appearing in next months edition of that little album! I save my assaults on fashion for the golf course generally but the chance to commit such crimes on the piste is too good to miss out on!

Any sugegstions for somewhere else to get the few remaining items?

I picked up a nice pair of Goggles for Mrs Smoothie for under 20 quid on Amazon. There are loads of base layers, long john's, hats etc. Good for anything you don't need to try on.

I'm off for "a look" in the Cardiff TK Maxx today. Have you left anything for me?

Steve

Yeah we've left plenty for ya :D
Of the 3 i've been in lately Cardiff seemed to have the best range of jackets and sallos left, weren't many goggels left and the mens gloves were all large. I'll give Amazon a check too cheers.
Ebay was pretty good last night mind you, not so much the big ebay shops but individual sellers trying to shift unwanted (Christmas) stuff

I bought a football shirt of a team that is very hard to come by in England at TK Maxx for a tenner last week - when I asked the assistant how much it was (no tag) I was shocked as the import price is about £55 when I've looked online. She then said that almost all their stock was from the States, which explained it.

Whilst I'm aware your taking the mick, it was actually a Cruz Azul shirt. I don't want people to think I would walk round with 'Bekham 23' plasteredacross my back, thank you.
