Also as part of your lift pass I am sure you get to ski Courmayuer as well. I liked La Thuille ...never stopped there but skied it from La Ros and Courmayuer .We did more skiing there than La Ros There are some nice runs down to the village (no5) and its not too busy

That's all I can see as well Bandit ...no new chair lift but I think the Maison Blanche up from the village is new since I was there

Bandit
This is the page I was viewing, the way i read it was it's now chair lifts & not drag lifts as I remember. Sorry if I have caused any confusion folks.

No worries, Finn it's interesting. The drag lifts were a bit of a PITA, especially in foul weather. I've been looking at the map on the link you've provided and I'm not seeing a way to avoid the Bellecombe 1 drag. Then again, I have been found studying ski maps upside down )

Thanks for all this info guys, I am also going to La Thuile (9 sleeps to go.... w00t) so this is all really useful stuff!

There is also a bit more info here:
http://www.crystalski-ipack.co.uk/ski/La-Thuile/Home

We are going with Crystal, so some of this stuff is specific to them (rep phone numbers etc) but there is a map of the resort and some useful info in the "iPack" (I want to stab whoever called it that).

Cheers
Tim

Sorry, just realised that you need a Crystal booking ref to access that page... Not that I don't trust any of you but I don't fancy publishing my holiday booking ref on a public web forum!

However I found the resort map, Crystal have just poached it from La Thuile's own site: http://www.lathuile.it/download.asp?file=/elementi/www/_cartine/cartina%2060x42%20la%20thuile.pdf

Here's some of the stuff from Crystal's info pack:
