Morning IceGhost,
Can you elaborate a little more on your calf cramps...
When do you get them?
Is it only when in ski boots?
How tight should Ski Boot Buckles be?

top o the morin' to ya,
when they are in my boots, yup. This also goes for skating and walking for long distance. Getting back to skiing I usually get nasty stabbing pains on the outside of my calfs; Significantly reducing fun and weakening me out big time

if your feet start to hurt then they are too tight !
often slack buckles can come undone while your skiing as the boots warm up a little and become more flexible, especailly in deep snow which can become packeted under the buckles
if you feel your feet moving in the boot it should be a buckled tighter
