nah... just all the ones with those hideous high rises ! I don't know what all the fuss is about them, they just look depressing! There are plenty enough villages that are perfectly pretty, but people only seem to flock to the high rises like sheep!!

Most Not all :thumbup:


Just the purpose built ones...Walked from Lake Geneva to the South Coast once, walked through nearly every ski resort along the way - There are more pretty villages than you'd realise :D If anything it's mostly villages and few Purpose builts - like Tignes le Lac... Eyesore! just they're so horrible you remember them more...

Unfortunately Avoriaz scars my eyes more often than I care to think about!

I certainly agree with that one .... a couple of years ago I skied through Avoriaz with my eyes closed as it hurt them too much 8)

Love Tignes. Been there three years in a row, and intend to go again in the new year.
