Known as a favourite spot of the jet-set from Munich and beyond, the landscape is dotted with elegant houses from lakeside to hillside. The most interesting skiing is on the Wallberg with its steep Glaslhang trail and a great view.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Tegernsee is Munich, 70 minutes drive away.

Salzburg, Innsbruck Airport, Memmingen, Linz, Nuremberg, Bolzano, St. Gallen-Altenrhein, Stuttgart and Friedrichshafen airports are all within three hours drive.

The three ski lifts are able to uplift 2,000 skiers and snowboarders every hour.
