Skiing

Jungholz features a peak elevation of 1,800 meters, ensuring excellent snow conditions. The resort boasts several ski areas, including the popular Langenwang and Buchenberg lifts, with notable pistes like the scenic Buchenberg run that caters to intermediate skiers.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Jungholz is Memmingen, 54 minutes drive away.

Friedrichshafen, St. Gallen-Altenrhein, Innsbruck Airport, Stuttgart, Munich, Zurich and Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden airports are all within three hours drive.

Memmingen is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Accessing Jungholz is easy via the Innsbruck Airport, approximately 100 kilometers away. Alternatively, the Munich Airport is about 130 kilometers from the resort, making it a viable option for international travelers.

Ski Lift Capacity

The seven ski lifts are able to uplift 7,200 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

Snow Making

Snow-making is available, on 42km 26 miles of ski runs, with 15 snow cannons.
