Skiing

The mountains around Fiss reach elevations of up to 2,828 meters, featuring a mix of gentle slopes and challenging runs. Notable pistes include the long, scenic run to Fiss from the Möseralm and the thrilling descent from the peak of the Lazidbahn. Key lifts like the Schönjochbahn and the Sonnenbahn provide excellent access to various ski areas, making it easy to explore the terrain.

Fiss offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate skiers.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Fiss is Innsbruck Airport, 60 minutes drive away.

St. Gallen-Altenrhein, Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Bolzano, Munich, Zurich and Salzburg airports are all within three hours drive.

Innsbruck Airport is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Fiss is accessible via Innsbruck Airport, approximately 100 km away, with direct transfer options available. For those driving, the A12 motorway leads conveniently to the area, allowing for easy access to the resort.

When is Fiss open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

Usual opening is early December, and usual closing is Late April.

NOTE:- Ski area, lift and piste opening is subject to Current Snow Conditions.
