Aurach

A small spread out settlement but a nice alternative for skiing at Kitzbuhel. It has a small ski area of its own at Stuckkogel. Austria's most famous resort, a lively town with chic overtones which most skiers agree has Austria's best intermediate/expert skiing in the mountains above it.

 By Air

The nearest airport to Aurach is Salzburg, 70 minutes drive away.

Innsbruck Airport, Munich, Memmingen, Linz, Nuremberg and St. Gallen-Altenrhein airports are all within three hours drive.
