Located by Norderstrand Beach, this property offers guest rooms and apartments in Visby and just 1 km from Visby’s UNESCO-listed medieval town centre. It offers free WiFi, an outdoor pool and a large terrace.

NOVI Resort’s rooms feature modern décor, designer furniture and flat-screen TVs with DVD players. All options have private patios or balconies with Baltic Sea views. Most have a kitchenette.

Guest can hang out by the poolside or eat at either our restaurant NOVI Veranda by the pool or visit our beach club by the sea, between June and August. Both restaurants offers light dishes, gourmet dining and great sea views.

NOVI Resort is a 10-minute walk from Visby’s 13th-century city wall and Almedalen Park. Gotska Golf Course is less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

During October – April, no breakfast is served. All units have at least a kitchenette, which includes a small fridge, stove, and oven or microwave, as well as a kettle, so it is easy to prepare a breakfast on your own, accompanied by a wonderful view of the sea
