INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE "STADIONA" HOSTEL

1. Before check-in, the guest is required to present a personal identification document for registration.

2. Guests are responsible for all damages and losses of equipment and inventory in the rooms they occupy. In case of damage, they are subject to a charge according to the hostel's price list. The cost of a lost key and chip is €15 / BGN 29.34. The cost of a lost TV remote is €20 /BGN39.12

3. An iron, ironing board, and first aid kit are available to our guests upon request.

4. Items forgotten by guests are kept for up to 1 month, and the courier costs for their return are at the expense of the owners.

5. A video surveillance system is installed in the common areas of the hostel and around the building. By using the hostel’s services, you declare consent to video surveillance and recording.

6. In case of serious or repeated violations of cleanliness rules, damage to property, or behavior disturbing other guests' peace, the hostel reserves the right to terminate the guest's stay without refund for the remainder of their stay.

7. The hostel has the right to require a deposit of BGN 200 upon check-in. The deposit is refunded upon departure if no damages or excessive contamination are found.

8. Check-in is after 2:00 PM, and room check-out is no later than 12:00 PM. If a later check-out is desired, approval and confirmation must be obtained from Reception.

9. The guest is responsible for belongings left in the room or on hostel premises.

10. For check-ins outside the hostel's working hours (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM), a fee of €20 / BGN 39.12 is charged.

11. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and all indoor areas of the hostel, including balconies. A fire alarm system is installed, and if the alarm is triggered, emergency services and the fire department will arrive. If a violation is found, a fee of BGN 200 will be added to the room bill.

12. Before check-in, guests must familiarize themselves with the emergency evacuation plan of the “Stadiona” Hostel.

13. It is forbidden to hand over the room key and entrance chip to people not registered at the Hostel.

14. Storing materials and/or items in rooms that are dangerous to the health and life of others is prohibited.

15. Removing hostel property or rearranging furniture in the rooms is prohibited.

16. Persons with aggressive behavior, intoxication, and/or actions threatening the peace, health, and property of others are not allowed.

17. Eating in rooms is not allowed. A fully equipped kitchen is available on each floor.

18. Noise is prohibited after 10:00 PM, including conversations on balconies.

19. Parking cars in front of the hostel entrance is not allowed.

20. Pets are not allowed on the hostel premises.

The hostel collects and processes personal data of its guests in accordance with Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Tourism Act. Data is used for registration, reporting to competent authorities, and ensuring safety. More information can be obtained at the reception or in our Personal Data Protection Policy. These rules are an integral part of the accommodation contract, whether the reservation is made online or on-site.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
