Wow, good spot! I wouldn't even like to guess why that should be. Maybe they are sending me a lorry load of Zipfer? 8) |

Focussing just on car hire, your pick up and drop off dates may seem a tad unrealistic! I am guessing the pick up is 30 December. I have made the assumption that the drivers would go to the airport and pick up the car ~ you could check a drop off charge.
Looked up two companies. Rentalcars.com offered a Renault Traffic 9 seater and a VW Saran 7 seater, both at £416. Arguscarhire offered a Mercedes Vito 9 seater at £405. Now, if you use quidco, they are offering a 7% cash back on arguscarhire. This should bring down the price to £377, assuming the one links with the other. (They do not always do so) With a deeper search, might be able to do better on the basic cost, but if you can get the quidco cashback, I doubt we would do much better than that. Moneysupermarket.com would be my normal start point, but it was playing silly beggars today, so just used google. Let us know if you make progress. |

Hi Jmccoy, welcome to J2ski.
I had a look at this, and where usually there is good info on the DBB and OBB websites, for this requirement, there is not much on offer. Is it Vienna city, or the airport that is your start point? What are the start/finish dates? Time that you will start travel? The info so far indicates that people carrier/minibus hire would be best, but you may need to search for the right deal. Sometimes this can be a hire company deal, or a quidco, or vouchercode. A little more info may get the J2ski hounds sniffing for an answer. |

I wish the taxpayer would foot the bill for my paints, ~ just placed my order for the winter list. £70.00 :(
I still need a new brush, £27, and a couple of pads for my ski jacket. Ho hum. |

Think the Royals were in Australia on Sunday. I suppose the Royal Artist is one of those age old activities inherited from aeons past. It doesn't cost anything, Sue isn't getting paid, although I guess the hotel exes will be covered ~ by the NZ taxpayer! Anyway, a camera can't lie like a painting ~ I did an oil portrait of my farmer neighbour ~ his wife was delighted ~ He ended up with more hair! |

No, not me, a friend! Four of us used to share Haus Hubertus, just beside the Bichlwirt, Niederau. Three of us instructed, my OH did babysitting, and occasional instructing.
The New Zealander, Sue, and I, also did water colour paintings. I still do, and you occasionally see them on J2ski or my FB. We were painting this summer in Cumbria, when Sue let us know that she had just been asked to become the Royal Artist for the Charles/Camilla tour of NZ. Now it has come to pass: http://www.stuff.co.nz/entertainment/arts/7944052/Kiwi-artist-colours-royal-trip |
