Hi,
I ended up with Impact 8's .. Atomics seemed a bit big. I am currently giving them a half hours use every day, restricted to the granite floor in the kitchen !! They feel different each time I wear them at the moment ..... Can't wait to use them properly. G |

Beam benders - depends what car you have. Try Halfords or failing that your local car dealer for your car.
Not sure of the exact speed limits, but if it's like here then in town the limit is 50kmh and A roads (not motorway) it's 80kmh. Autobahns (or at least most of the ones I've driven on) tend to be only 2 lanes - so worth staying in the inside lane and using the outside just for overtaking. G |

All you need is common sense. German drivers are more polite than most in Europe, including the UK. Keep out of the fast lane on the German Autobahns unless you can keep up with big Audis, Mercs and BMWs - if they flash you it's to let you know they are there rather than being annoyed with you. Worth keeping your headlights on at all times anyway.

LOTA,
It takes a while to get up to the Schilthorn. If you don't make it then I can send you a picture or two from there. Spectacular views of the Eiger, Jungfrau and Monk from there. Hope you enjoy Grindelwald as much as I enjoyed Wengen. G |

Brucie,
Do you know the Hotel Reisinger in Hinterglemm ? Off there on the 24th and was wandering what it's like. Anything else I should look out for ? Heard the Goasstall is pretty good for apres ski. G |
