Ok guys, I need help!
After a couple of glasses the other night we decided we would take a week at xmas to go to wherever we could get the best deal and flights. After looking for 2 days solid I managed to get flights and a good deal to Scheffau in Austria :D Problem - I have hardly done any exercise since last ski trip (and I remember how my legs felt for the first few days then!) as it is very hot where we live (UAE) we do not go outside much in the autumn/summer/spring. I do a fair bit of water skiing but that is mainly upper body exercise. Can someone give me an idea of an intensive workout keeping in mind my fitness level to prepare me for th trip in exactly 25 days! |
