There is waist high powder on most pistes at the moment, no need to go off piste to enjoy it. |

It's December, you don't book a holiday this month thinking you'll get 6 days of sun, because it doesn't happen. We had a great week, superb company and some great powder. But also had bad viz for half of it and winds closed lifts. You have to take the rough with the smooth. At the price I paid I'm not complaining! |

A friend took a fall earlier this week and ended up with a concussion. She totalled her helmet.
I wouldn't like to think how badly hurt she could have been had she not been wearing it. (It was lovely and sunny Daved) |

The last couple of days have been a right off as high winds have closed most of the lifts.
Anyone going out this weekend is in for a special trip once the weather clears on Monday. |

Our coach this morning needed chains all the way from Val D'Isere down to Bourg St Maurice. There is a ridiculous amount of snow.

It's been snowing for 4 days solid and should continue until Monday. Typical December, the month of the mega dump.
First half of the week was superb, blue skies and perfect snow high up. Tuesday and Wednesday morning were brilliant powder conditions except you couldn't see it! Great fun never the less. Then the wind got up, closed most of the lifts, yesterday I didn't venture out at all (other than Bar XV followed by Cafe De Sports). |

Will try my very best! |
