Go and do a search for the helmet debate or helmets - the debate has become quite intense at times.

Skiing and boarding is occuring on the Double M in Tignes now - nice, like to see the first openings of the season.
They are also winding up the Lanches chair.

Friday morning webcam check ....
Another few inches of snow in Tignes overnight - very nice.
They have the piste machines out and working on the Double M down from the Grande Motte which is interesting. Lots of people wandering around as well - wish I knew what they were doing.

Bits of snow forecast for the next week but a spike in temperatures over the weekend which is going to mean rain quite high up for a time (2500m).

One thing I will say is take the physio and exercises really, really, really, seriously!
