That is not how claims should be handled, you should be told exactly what cover you are purchasing. The claims process should be straight forward, they should explain exactly what documentation they require when you first make them aware of the claim.

I have met the odd complete pratt in skiclub reps clothing, but I'd argue that they are the tiny minority. Unfortunately with any large organisation you'll always get a few individuals which perform badly.
Those that last end up getting the bigger resorts as their experience is vital. |

Mine are the original B2s, which the following season became the B3. So the Alibis would be that different, just wider under foot which is what I'm looking for.

If Fall-Line ski magazine ski test says it's the best out there, then that'll do for me. If I get as many holidays out of them as my trusty old Rossi B2s, then they'll be a great investment. |
