I use cash in all restaurants, and shops, and use Barclaycard to pay for ski hire, lift passes, and any other large(ish) amounts.

I use braces with the crocodile jaws, and they work fine.

Picked up a set for about £10 off Amazon.

Interesting to hear that SB. I've lost some weight since last season, and when I tried them (my pants) a few days ago ready for my trip week after next, they were slipping down a little. I might take my crocodile jaw braces with me now, to see how they work!!

Wouldn't you need pants that are buttoned ready for braces, or would the 'crocodile jaw' type fasteners on braces work?

Done. Good luck with it
Sounds like you're really getting value for money. Brilliant!

This will be our third year in succession in Seefeld, and we know people who return year after year too.

The ski area does not seem as large as some of the French resorts, but there are plenty of runs on offer, and I am looking forward to trying a few new ones this year, as my skill (hopefully) improves. I might even try the night skiing this year.

I'm told there is a fantastic public pool/spa/ice skating/indoor sports complex, but as yet, with all the things we find to do, we have not explored it. There are tons of bars and restaurants (can't vouch for the late, late night life!). The clothes shops look a bit expensive, but there are numerous interesting shops to window-shop at.

It's lovely!
