Insoles in ski boots
Started by User in Ski Hardware, 11 Replies
The boot board (the plastic thing under the inner boot) is often angled laterally, when this angle is added to the angle of the orthotic it has a tendency to push the skier onto the outside edges, which forces them to internally rotate their legs in an attempt to get the skis flat on the snow.

I can relate to this. I can't justify the outlay for a custom fitted pair of ski boots at the moment though

I use standard NHS orthotics in ski boots without undue results. If you can get them specially fitted though.....
Yes please! :-)
It's close enough for me to be able to count it now. 18 sleeps to Seefeld - again.

Very enjoyable film. You seem to have a pretty good grasp of shot-making. Nothing I can say would improve you.

Oh dear! Started to plan my next year's skiing, by booking flight to Innsbruck, as I have done at this time for several years, and B*gg*r me if the fares aren't three times the price this time!!!
Go to ski school. You'll enjoy the company.
