Just booked....Les Coches on 19th January for a week. first time in France looking forward to Paradiski! eeeeeeee!! :-)

Hi all, anyone in Les Coches, Plagne, Arc for the week 19-26 Jan? i'm just about to book up hopefully today and travelling alone so would love to meet someone/group for a few hours skiing during the week. i'm sure the chalet will be full of lovely people but it'd be great to meet a fellow J2skier :-)

All your advice much appreciated. plan A is to find a late package deal although sadly i can't be to flexible with the week i want to go so think this may hinder me finding a gem of a deal. Plan B is to be ready to drive if necessary.

Hi all,

just after any sound advice re driving to a resort in either France or Austria. i've sorted my dates in January so i'm looking to find a last min chalet place (just me, myself and i going!) and then jumping in the car. Incidentally i'm looking to go on 17/18th JAn for a week so if anyone knows of a spot in a group going free then i'll stick my hand firmly in the air :-)

I've just been reading about winter driving on the continent and put myself off a bit....breaking down and freezing to death etc haha!

i have a company car so it's pretty new and fully serviced etc

Any advice appreciated..

Hi, I am also looking to join a group in mid-january. I'd have to call myself a top-end beginner/poor intermediatte i think. Got a week in last winter and a week three years previous. Blues and reds until the end of the week this time! :-)

i'm also thinking about driving to France/Austria myself for the trip so if anyone out there has some sound advice then i'd much appreciate that. The limit of my European driving is Normandy in the summer to date.
