well, if we're talking football teams.... it's got to be Cardiff City!!!

Sitting at my computer this afternoon, trying to do some work (ha!!) and ignoring the sunshine outside, I just realised that in 12 weeks time, I'll be in Niederau, ready to ski!! Can't wait. Yeyyy!!

Is anybody else this excited so far before their holidays, or is it just me???

I agree with Caron a - I've picked up loads of useful info on here. I'm certainly no expert, just someone who enjoys myself and is eager to learn as much as I can, as quick as I can, so reading all the info that some of the posters on here have just fuels my enthusiasm to get back on the snow, and put in to practice as much as I can remember!

Juliet - please don't not post again - i'm sure that any hostility you feel is not intentional :)

I'm in the process of moving house, and trying to have a bit of a sort out, so I couldn't resist just trying on my jacket to see if it fits, or whether I really do need another new one this year......!!

Congratulations Caron a! Pavel, is there any chance of you posting the answers, so I can learn a bit too????

Well... I've only been to Niederau once before, and I really enjoyed it. The instructors were excellent, and everyone was very friendly, not much of a lift queue, and plenty of jagermeister!! My friend has been going there for years, hence she's persuaded me that it will be a good place to go for New Year.

I can't comment on the severity of the blacks and stuff, as i wouldn't class myself a good skier by any means - but certainly from my point of view, there seemed to be plenty of variety, and enough of a challange for beginners and intermediates alike.

You should give it a go for a week, and make up your own mind!!
