February is usually a fairly safe bet, however, the weather can never really be guaranteed in Scotland. Will be able to give you a better idea on the 4th of the month )

Plenty of snow just now, if things stay cold then February should be good.

Jeez, she could have at least waited until the end of the holiday.

I wouldn't bother trying to arrange flights home, leave her to it and try to enjoy the rest of your week. Jump out to a bar and see if you can meet some people to ski with for the next couple of days.
