Ski Graphics - Left & Right.

I suppose that if you swap them all the time the wear will be more symmetrical. I have no idea what is better, probably neither...
Ski Bindings - advice

You can find DIN-settings calculator online to work out the settings that you should be using. Every setting is a compromise between release and retention. The theory goes that as your skiiing improves retention function becomes more important. You apply more torque and if DIN is too low you can "walk out" of your ski. Or the heel piece may release unintentionally in steep moguls.

With regards to the original post, yes, my skis do have specifically different graphics and I have swapped them over sometimes to see any difference. Which I am convinced there is not.

They might be identical, but if you decide which one is which and stick to it, they will usually stop being so identical. Different edge wear and flex pattern will change a bit etc. Dave is 100% right, and the difference can be fairly pronounced. It's just that for skis with graphics it's decided in advance which foot you shout put then on, even that when they are new graphics will be the only difference.

I have skis with graphics clearly giving me left and right skis, actually all my skis are like that. I usually don't swap them as they would look odd. Never got them wrong.
I am going tomorrow morning, but I am actually glad the season is ending. It was a very good season in many respects, but I am tired of commuting every weekend. Not even planning to ski much, apart from skiing to watch pond skimming on Saturday and probably 1-2 runs from top of Mt Fort. Quite amazing that last year we had to walk to watch the pond skimming as it wasn't possible to get there on skis due to absence of snow, and it was a week earlier too. Was feeling sorry for late bookers - they couldn't even ski to the lift, they needed to take skis off and walk down on mud and grass. This year late bookers got probably some of the best conditions.
Prices on the slope

I think thta's why it's called a "night out", it's not solely about drinking your money's worth, so you either go out and spent 3.70 for a bottle or buy a case for the same money and stay home. Going out is expensive so are holidays in comparison with staying in and staying home, but we still go out and have holidays from time to time. It's not being conditioned. Price of beer in a night club is supposed to cover staff costs - bartenders, bouncers etc., and the costs of premises too.
Does this appeal to anyone?

It only really comes into play when they are busy and have a person directing traffic. Not only does that person prioritize the lines, but also makes sure the lift is full (especially important with a six pack lift).

I loathe ski school lanes.
Whilst in ADH the Snapzzz family waited 30 mins for a drag lift while the same kids went up and down the run 4 times by skiing back to the front of the queue.

You could sign up for the ski school too to avoid queuing:)
Powder Video

Trencher!!!! Even that I had 13 powder days this season and got to jump some nice pillows... BUT considering it's the very end of April and the following weekend temps gonna hit mid-twenties with in the village with freezing level well above the highest mountain in the area I find this video exceptionally cruel:)
