That ski (board) clock is ticking you lucky thing. Have checked on Lech and Zurs and cannot find a white week option as yet however, as Tony has indicated it is a snow sure destination and when it gets the snow it realy gets the snow! It is alleged that it is a good resort for taking your first stab at powder/off piste because they have areas on the map that are ski routes but not pisted. I will do a bit of research away from the tour operators and see if it can be done.

Enjoy Arraba it looks stunning from Lynn's recent report and a place we would like to visit in the near future. We also liked the look of Serre-Chevalier following Tony's report. Too many resorts and not enough time.

Anyway have a great/safe time and look forward to a report on your return. :D Is there any truth that you are considering hucking the Dolomites

Stunning pictures Lynn - Now on my must visit list! Nice input from the multi talented Dave Mac - We now know what he does when not skiing
Nice photos Tony, photo number six from the top looks like a vertical ski rink and may offer a challenge
has it been a good season or not?

Very good season - Two weeks of skiing in Austria and Italy - progressing well and looking forward to an even better three week season next year as I am just finishing decorating the house at the moment. The manager has no excuse now, so it looks like a cheeky week in March 2011  It was also nice to watch the winter olympics on our return for Italy. Helped with the post skiing blues!

 Pablo and Tony are indeed the guru's of skiing - spot on K2 4speed, not the cheapest poles on the market but a big shock after one run. Its not as if I was hucking at the time!

Hi Ian, not best pleased as you can imagine. I did'nt think I skied that aggresive! The poles are made by a very big name in skiing world but they have a design problem for sure.
