Looks black on my guide, but if you take the alternative from the top of the Tennladen lift it's all part of Red 24.Is there snow at the moment ? (I was there last week)

Hi
I've just come across this thread and am looking for a place for a second break later in the season. This sounds an interesting place, straddling the border between France and Italy. Is it suitable for a reasonably intermediate skier ? Ski hire etc all available ?

Thanks for any pointers.

I concur with the above positive comments on Niederau, which is a friendly little place which suits me; but I appreciate that not everyone would want these characteristics from a resort: some would be looking for something jazzier, posher, larger, higher etc.

Ian: the solution is obvious: Kirbyrotter shares with Mrs W, and you stay alone. Then everyone (especially Mrs W!) is happy ;)
