December-->April with pretty much definite powder between Late December and February.

Niseko is a good place to start looking, pretty sure there is a Hilton (tend to be a bit dated but generally pretty good).

Take em to the desk with the bags, usually they will get you to take them down to oversize.

No experience with Thompson but I have on numerous occasions got away with 2 pairs of skis and a pair of boots in the bag..

Well it is £2.80 here for a corona, about £2.60 a pint. I expected far worse than 4..50 for a beer! I will cope..

6 pints a night? You obviously aren't accounting for the Chalet having unlimited wine and beer :wink:

I think that is pretty reasonably priced?
