Coming back from his worst season ever (2009) he won a super-combined in January... doesn't sound so bad to me considering the season he had last time round.

Left home at about 7 with a stop in Tarbet to wait for someone who was stuck behind a lorry on the Loch Long road. Took an hour excluding the wait there at the stop in Tyndrum.

The skis must be approaching 10 years old (at least). Chances are there are more suitable skis at any budget 8)

Nae idea. I have where I 'want' to go but trying to fit it in around Uni and making it a worth while trip at a time of year I'd like to go is definitely difficult. I wanted to go all the way around stopping in Japan and then in SLC (or similar) before coming home to ski the best place in the world... Scotland. Don't get exams in January though so that pretty much limits me to early April or Christmas :(
