off to mayrhofen on 15 . 13 sleeps to go. :D

been to both. would pick mayrhofen everytime. going the same week , 15 jan and staying in the obermair.not stayed in the kramwirt though. we dont use the penken much 1-2 days tops. prefer to get the train down the valley to kaltenback or zell . from zell it`s a great run over to gerlos.
the public spa in town is good or we have used the strass as well. are you b+b or HB? plenty of good places to eat out. mo`s for tex-mex, and there is a good pizza/grill that i dont know the name of . but if you walk up the main street and turn right at mo`s it`s the round building 200m down the road.anyone know the name? night life , try the strass bar , mo`s, scotland yard, movie bar (near the train st)any questions ,fire away . this will be my forth visit but my mate has been a dozen times at least. cheers, tim. |
