I will bet that they carry many 000's of skiers each winter without any problems.

agreed. Let's hope we're not messed around in any way.
I'll miss Skiworld this year, they're the best we've experienced :D

one of the helmets I tried came with a free beanie. My question was why? but that answers it I suppose.
Blimey, I've really started to feel my age the last couple of weeks

As for all children having to wear them, I totally agree. Though when snow is involved I think the term 'children' should include all in the 1-101 age bracket.

In our group of 27 I am the first adult to consider/buy a helmet. Then again, I'm the only one to have had a bad accident which may have something to do with it.
It's all up to the inidividual at the moment...

Very sweet, bless you  No feelings hurt here.

bandit wrote:Your helmet should ideally be quite snug, and you should be able to hold the top and wrinkle your forehead up and down without it feeling like it's pinching.

If the straps are not touching your jaw at the side then the helmet is too big.

These are the sort of comments I was expecting when I asked the guy how I should test the fitting. That chain has lost a customer I'm afraid

Thanks guys
