I believe that the greatest risk for impact injuries is now on piste. Excessive grooming of slopes offering hard, fast surfaces, together with increased speeds and crowding is not helping.

Good point. There's been a lot of discussion around off piste skiing recently because of the insurance probs, but I'd rather fall in/on nice fluffy snow than on a piste any day. They are surprisingly hard! :shock:

Perhaps you could take a look at your romper suit photo again. That'll wake you up! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Oh by the way Swell you can pick up day passes to other resorts and get there easily enough from 'N'. Mr Emmaevs wants to look into going to Soll for the day when we go. It's about 20mins away and you can catch a cab. I'm sure someone has posted that info somewhere on here already and I'm just thieving it. Sorry - I fell on my head (literally) on the weekend so I'm gonna blame that if I have duplicated the info. :lol:

At the top of the Markbachjoch gondola (bottom left) there is a little yellow camera symbol. Click on that for one. The other is at the top of the long lift on the right hand side in Auffach, click on the little yellow camera symbol there.

Oh roll on pleeeeeaaaasssseeee. Mind you I'd rather be in 'looking forward to it' mode, than in 'I've just come back and have another year to go' mode. :)
