Anyone got any views on Les Carroz?

Views please on ease of access to the wider ski area of the grande massif and the Flaine bowl from these three villages.

This would be a mid-march hol with MrsOA who does not ski. Hence speed of getting to the skiing and back is important to me as I normally get out and ski and then we meet up late morning somewhere.

Mind you if you are into touring and going uphill there could be some lovely snow on runs that aren't serviced by running lifts.
