I love it. The ability to get other like minded peoples views on resorts you never have been to or even knew they existed makes it ...as my son would say....cool. Lots of help from other skiers, fuuny quips, stories and piccys and an instant hit of "I want to go there....now"...and of course Wickers anicdotes, and my poor spellin!! 8)

Keep it up....and well done adders for keeping a sane and balanced website

Been doing legs dips with 4kg weights in each hand for 5 weeks now. Twice a day....started off with 50 and was feeling like death , but now up to 130 per session....plus badders and a bit of running. Must be getting keen ) .,,,,,but at my age I do need to keep my fluid uptake OK so its down the pub at equally regular intervals to balance things out
sunshine world instructor course

I leant to ski with them several years ago. Alan Garcia (the Director) is a charming bloke who is hands on and totally enthusiasic about what he is doing. Their beginners courses were OK but quite time limited giving you only 1.5 hrs tuition a day. I have no idea how good their instructor courses are.

Tha skiing in Poland is a bit limited!
