or mothy61, you can go on 2nd feb 2014 and go with a bunch of j2skiers. they are off to somewhere in italy. wont be short of friends to ski with then.

you have to keep moving the knee joint otherwise it will stiffen up, a physio will move it around for you and that will be painful.

they say cycling is good for strengthening knee joints so get on your bike nelly but do it gently to start with
