Cheers guys ill have a look and see what I find.

Looking at the snow forecast on this site Mr Admin it seems there is quite abit of snow coming in France and the best burger iv ever tasted was from St Bernard Hotel/Restaurant in La Rosiere so may have to go back there!
But then I do want to travel to new places. hmmm

Hey guys.

Long time know talk. Hope you are all well and have enjoyed the first day of the new year! Back to work for me tomorrow. Sad times.

On a plus note though im hoping to go away for the last week of Jan and was hoping for abit of advise.

At the moment we are thinking of booking with ski Olympic and going back to La Roisere where we went last year and really enjoyed. Thanks to Ally for recommendation.

But as I like to try new places I am thinking of maybe trying Austria.

Does anyone have any good advise on what resorts are best and if there is a Chalet travel company like Ski Olympic that operate there? Iv looked online but cant seem to find much.

Cheers guys.

Its just something I noticed when skiing. Its just when you look at the end of the ski it seems to shake a little

Ha Ha, I know I'm not the best skier in the world and thought it would get commented on before now. I take no offence don't worry :)

I have thought about more lessons, this is the 3rd time away now and the first time we have not bothered with lessons. Mainly because we were looking for a cheap holiday.

Im not sure what the real name for it is but I call it wobbly leg syndrome. When im skiing I sometimes get one of my ski wobbling. Maybe my boot isn't tight enough?
Also I do want to get another couple of lessons in the future to try and help with my parallel skiing. When looking at more experienced skiers you lot seem to keep your feet together at all times and turn.
So yes I would like another lessons sometimes.

Yeh it was a good holiday, thanks Ally for recommending.

That black slope was evil. Loads of people asked if we needed help though which was good of them. Once we thought we were at the end there just seemed to be more and more slopes. Went on for ever and my Mrs wasn't getting any happier.
Then because it was towards the end of the day we were worried we would miss the lifts back home (lol)

And I'll let her know you like her skiing. Pffft she always does tell people she's better than me and now that's just made her head that little bit bigger lol.

Thanks :)

It was quite funny on the last day. We went for breakfast and quite a few people from our chalet said they would wait until the fog was clear. But not wanting to waste the last day we were out. Not realising what it would actually be like. We soon realised why the others had stayed in

Yeah it was pretty quite all week. I suppose that's an advantage of going straight after Christmas.
