What's all this about Les Gets closing more slopes next week. I don't like the sound of that much!
It seems suprsising as surely there is enough snow to last a few days of higher temperatures? Come on everyone lets do the snow dance again! |

Oh and as far as Les Gets goes there is a lovely bar / restaurant right next to Le Grand Cry and the Nursery Slope. Certainly they do good Hoc Chocolates and I'm sure they do that GluVine.......

The Grand Cry is very good but they also have a nursery slope at Les Gets with one of those conveyor belt type lifts. That is where my two mastered it last year. My lad was 7 last year and daughter just 3 and certainly he managed The Crand Cry, I think ESF even took them there on lessons......

Morning! Yep I would defo get the whole portes de soleil pass. Just in case of a lack of snow in Les Gets you can then bus it around to higher areas where there is always more snow such as Avioraz etc. Looked on the Web Cams in LEs Gets this morning and it looks like they had a decent dump on snow. Just waiting to see how many lift get opened today now........
Enjoy Les Gets from the 4th, I Love it and who knows maybe I'll buy you a Beer when we arrive! |
