I am off for a long weekend doing a similar thing in a couple of weeks.
Personally I think the most important thing for that amount of time is to have a short transfer time to make the most of the skiing. I am off to MOrzine, just over an hour from Geneva airport - depending on flights a possibility of skiing on both day arrive and depart. Morzine then gives you the opportunity to ski other areas such as Avoriaz that are longer transfers. Have fun  |

Thought I would reply in teh correct place re Borovets. Following on from the other comments re Bulgaria in the BAnsco thread, I got concerned so looked elsewhere for reviews.
I have found some positive ones http://www.snow-forecast.com/resorts/Borovets/reviews (sorry if you delete this link as it is a 'competitor') They all seem to say they enjoyed it. Each to their own I reckon. I am going again now! |

It is not in next couple of weeks. It is departure 8/9 March for a week. 2 people with boarding lessons etc. It has to be that week due to time off work etc. |

That place would cost me about £600 including lessons. Where else can I get that?

However, many ski schools do not take you on as an absolute begginner these days if you have been to a snow dome or the like. Just to bear in mind. 8) |
