SKI = spending kids' inheritance

So we scrimp and save in the early years to feed them, clothe them, educate them, put up with the crying, bedwetting, tantrums, etc. etc. and we are begrudged a teeny weeny ski holiday in Austria :D :D

Apart from phoning/texting/e-mailing our two grown-up children whilst we are out enjoying ourselves on the slopes, we also get great satisfaction from sitting in the back seats of their cars whilst they drive us somewhere, and yell, scream, constantly say 'Are we there yet?' whilst kicking the back of the driving seat. Yes, I know it makes us seem dreadful parents but we get so much childish satisfaction from it :lol:

Thanks Caron - all due to your glowing description of the ski area! Back to reality today with baked beans on toast for lunch :D
